Todays Meditation is a full moon meditation that I was inspired to write after I was enjoying the peace one evening under the moon after my run and the up and coming meditation on the 24th June 2021
The moon has a strong effect on our emotions, and there are useful things you can do to flow with the lunar rhythms, rather than against them. If you tune into what is happening at the new and full moon and make time for a healing process, these times of the year can become powerfully catalytic for growth.
