Fantasies (Guided Imagery) are extremely useful as an additional therapeutic tool. Sub-conscious resistance can often be circumvented without the need for confrontation. Fantasies are usually an excellent way of holding your attention while waiting for the sub-conscious mind to be ready to bring out new material.
Fantasy Meditation is good if you are `cycling` or on a `treadmill` i.e not making any progress in life.
